MIAMI – A South Florida person is accused of slashing dozens of tires early Thursday early morning at a Southwest Miami-Dade neighborhood.
Law enforcement mentioned Juan Pablo Ramos-Nieto, 41, was captured on residence security cameras as he walked via the Villas Del Campos local community at close to 5 a.m., in the 24500 block of SW 108 Avenue with a knife, slashing tires.
