NORTH LAUDERDALE – The family members of 36-yr-aged Leayle Powell is shattered about his unsolved murder.
Back on April 27, 2023, Powell was shot and killed outside an apartment complex in the 7400 block of Kimberly Boulevard in North Lauderdale.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office environment launched new surveillance video Monday that reveals 3 men and women going for walks toward the creating. A several minutes later shots are heard and the subjects are captured operating and finding into a crimson Honda Accord.
Gerdy St. Louis with BSO suggests detectives are hoping the newly launched video will lead to a lot more tips.
“The subjects are all carrying black. Two are sporting sweatpants with lines on them. Two have dim sandals and a single has a lighter sandal. We are inquiring people today to get a seem to see if you know the persons and contact Crimestoppers,” she stated.
A reward of up to $5,000 is staying offered for tips that lead to an arrest.
