MIAMI — Condition and community law enforcement authorities on Monday declared arrests in relationship with what they reported was an organized retail theft plan.
Miami-Dade police mentioned in a published assertion that the multi-county investigation spanned 9 months and was joined to $20 million in losses to the retail market this calendar year by yourself.
