MIAMI — Law enforcement are investigating an early Sunday morning hit-and-operate out of Small Havana that despatched two folks riding a scooter to the healthcare facility.
In accordance to Miami Law enforcement, officers responded shortly in advance of 4 a.m. to the space of 2235 SW 8th Road to examine a noted crash. Upon arrival, officers located a scooter motorist and their backseat passenger on the scene who appeared to be hurt. Equally victims were transported to JMH Trauma in stable condition.
As of 11 a.m. Sunday, the crash seems to be a strike-and-operate involving a further motorist who fled the scene and police are still investigating.
