MIAMI – A gentleman concerned in a strike and run crash in Miami Gardens thinks he identified who hit him.
In an distinctive job interview with CBS News Miami, Juan Salazar, 23, reported he was strolling down the road in the 2900 block of 208th Terrace on the evening of August 13th when a vehicle slammed into him and then sped off.
“All I remember immediately after, I was even now chatting on the phone and then when I open my eyes again, I’m on the floor and I really feel a big agony in my total entire body,” he said.
Salazar broke numerous ribs and punctured his lung and liver.
He stated he found surveillance video clip of the crash and even positioned the car or truck he believes strike him, but so considerably no arrests have been manufactured.
CBS News Miami reached out to Miami Gardens police when this incident initial happened and again on Sunday, but they have yet to react.
