MIAMI – Law enforcement are looking for the driver of a pickup truck that struck a girl in northeast Miami-Dade above the weekend and still left her to die.
Miami-Dade law enforcement said Maria Muniz De Souza, 20, was driving her bicycle Sunday morning when she was struck by an older product Toyota Tundra in the spot of NE 205th Terrace and NE 14th Avenue.
The driver of the truck reportedly did not end to render support or simply call 911 for aid. Rather, they drove off.
Muniz De Souza was taken to HCA Florida Aventura Medical center the place she died from her accidents.
