MIAMI – North Miami Seaside police held a news convention Friday to announce the arrest of a group of accused carjackers.
Law enforcement say a full of seven suspects, in between the ages of 16 and 18, have been guiding a string of violent carjackings throughout Miami Dade and Broward County.
According to investigators, they confessed to committing 3 armed carjackings, 5 armed robberies, 5 automobile thefts, and at minimum 18 car burglaries. They are also accused of aggravated battery on an elderly individual.
Law enforcement are continue to performing to see if the team is accountable for other circumstances.
