MIAMI – On Friday, a choose moved to dismiss a lawsuit revolving about the controversial proposal to develop a h2o park on Zoo Miami home.
The lawsuit was brought on by an environmentalist group to cease any possible building.
They argued the water park would effect wildlife.
This will come days right after Miami-dade commissioners deferred a vote on regardless of whether to extend a lease arrangement that would go alongside the plan for the water park.
