MIAMI –– A married Miami couple on Saturday was experiencing rates pursuing an alleged targeted traffic altercation that police explained stemmed from road rage.

Mario Barbado Pichard, 59, has been billed with battery and his wife, discovered as Damarys Pichardo, 54, was billed with attempted murder in connection with the incident close to 12:30 a.m. Saturday in close proximity to Mile Marker 26, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office stated.
