MIAMI — A Miami-Dade elementary college was beneath a quick lockdown right after armed person was noticed in close proximity to campus.
Miami-Dade Police explained to CBS News Miami that they arrested a man who was reportedly waving a gun all over NW 115th Avenue and North Miami Avenue in close proximity to Huber O. Sibley Elementary College. No 1 was hurt through the incident.
Miami-Dade Colleges told CBS Miami that the college was put underneath lockdown through the incident, which has considering the fact that been lifted.
In the meantime, a parent was transported to a area healthcare facility for an unrelated health-related issue, in accordance to Miami-Dade Educational institutions.
