MIAMI — The Florida Office of Legislation Enforcement on Tuesday issued a missing boy or girl inform for a 4-year-previous lady who was claimed lacking late past 12 months.

Carolina Rodriguez Vizcarra was las observed in the area of the 200th block of NW 15th Road in Miami, in accordance to the company.
Authorities reported the woman could be in the organization of a lady determined as Carolina Vizcarra Olvera, 34.
The lady has brown eyes and hair and is 3 toes tall and weighs about 27 pounds.
