DELRAY Beach (CBS12) — A few suitcases containing the remains of what law enforcement believe that to be a woman were being recovered from the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Seaside.

The Delray Beach Police Office (DBPD) claimed on Friday at 4:03 p.m. a 911 phone of a suspicious merchandise in the water along the Intracoastal Waterway around Palm Path.

Officers stated when they arrived a suitcase was recovered with human remains inside of. A shorter time later on, two other suitcases were being identified also that contains human stays at close by places together the Intracoastal, in the vicinity of SE 7th Avenue and Casuarina Road.

At this early phase of the investigation, the stays appear to belong to one unidentified female, law enforcement say. The victim’s continues to be were being taken to the professional medical examiner’s business for further evaluation.

On Saturday, police introduced information about the stays. According to Delray Seaside Police, the lady is white or Hispanic, middle-aged with brown hair, and roughly 5’4″ tall.
