MIAMI — A lady is going through fees after she was accused of killing a man’s dog by disembowling the animal and then threatening to do the similar detail to its proprietor previous 7 days, in accordance to a law enforcement report.
Yadelin Marin, 19, has been billed with 2nd-diploma animal cruelty and misdemeanor battery in connection with the July 12 incident described by law enforcement as a “horrific scene.”

It was not promptly distinct if bond has been set and if the woman was even now in custody or experienced been unveiled just after staying taken to the Miami-Dade jail.
Law enforcement were named to a residence in the 300 block of NW 82nd Avenue and spoke to the operator of the puppy who was advised by a close friend that his pet pet dog experienced been disemboweled in the toilet.
When the male walked into the lavatory, he saw the scene and saw Marin sitting in the tub tub “and advised (victim) you happen to be next,” the law enforcement report states.
The woman then left the house although the guy called police but she returned 7 times later to the very same spot and was arrested.
The arresting officer wrote that Marin allegedly “blew spit into my deal with,” as she was currently being taken into custody, the police report claims.
Investigators did not provide information in the law enforcement report about the connection concerning the dog’s proprietor and the girl or say what led to the attack on the puppy.
