MIAMI – Police have established up a perimeter in Northwest Miami as they are searching for a suspect they say deliberately rammed his car into an unmarked police cruiser.
Authorities stated the theft suspect later on crashed and ran absent from the scene in the location of North Miami Avenue and Northwest 2nd Avenue.
