Essential WEST — A 33-12 months-aged Florida man was arrested Saturday for attacking a lady keeping an toddler, in accordance to the Monroe County Sheriff’s office environment.
Officials say, Jeanty Falando Altenor was charged with battery, child abuse, and phony imprisonment.
The incident was noted on Maloney Avenue on Stock Island, Florida all around 7:30 a.m., in accordance to a statement.
According to a law enforcement statement, the 34-calendar year-outdated woman claimed Altenor spit on her, and hit her in the confront with his fists, ft, and child’s scooter, with a few compact kids existing at the time.
The lady also claimed Altenor threatened to eliminate her if she were being to report the incident to law enforcement.
No lifetime-threatening accidents were being claimed.
Monroe County Officers mentioned that warrants had been received for Altenor’s arrest and he was booked into jail on Saturday.
