MIAMI – A previous Miami Dolphins celebrity is offering again to his South Florida local community.
Vernon Carey Sr. performed for the Fins in the early 2000’s, ahead of hanging up his helmet in 2012.
The “Carey relatives foundation” offered $10,000 in scholarships to seniors at four South Florida schools.
Which includes Miami Norland Senior Superior Faculty, where Carey’s spouse, Latavia, graduated from.
