North Miami Law enforcement arrested Carlos Humberto Ramirez, 51, on two counts of child molestation. Ramirez is a instructor and deacon at Holy Relatives Catholic Faculty at 14650 NE 12th Avenue in North Miami, where the arrested occurred, the affidavit stated.
On Mar. 13, the initial target, 11, was turning in her classwork in the course of Spanish course when Ramirez grabbed her by the midsection and squeezed her at the rear of twice in advance of being in a position to depart class without the need of additional incident.
