MIAMI – Two people experienced to be transported to a local healthcare facility soon after a police pursuit ended in a crash in Pinecrest on Wednesday evening, according to Miami-Dade law enforcement.
The crash, which is underneath investigation, occurred in the spot of SW 132nd Avenue and South Dixie Highway, soon soon after 7 p.m.

MDPD Public Information Officer Angel Rodriguez explained this stems from an energetic narcotics investigation. “The detectives ended up in the procedure of having a suspect into custody when the personal intentionally rammed a single of the officer’s automobiles and attempted to operate around some of the detectives as he was seeking to flee the scene.”
“A pursuit ensued which ended at this intersection when the subject matter rear-finished a civilian vehicle and crashed into a marked law enforcement car or truck.”

The driver of a white vehicle was transported to Jackson Memorial Wellness South and is in secure affliction. The topic was also transported to the medical center, in which his issue is mysterious.
A expecting lady and a two-year-aged female were being dealt with on the scene, but did not involve hospitalization, Rodriguez explained.
