FORT LAUDERDALE — The Broward County Sheriff’s Place of work said Friday that a guy accused of thieving a car or truck with a baby inside past weekend has been arrested.
Phillip J. Pepe Jr., was discovered in Lake Well worth Thursday evening after an nameless idea led federal marshals and deputies from Broward and Palm Beach front to the suspect, according to a composed statement from Broward deputies.

He was booked on suspicion of kidnapping, fake imprisonment of a child and grand theft auto, the assertion stated. It was not quickly very clear if bond has been set.
Broward deputies had been identified as to an IHOP restaurant, found at 3101 W. Oakland Park Blvd., soon right after 8 a.m. on June 17.
The mother of a 3-calendar year-outdated boy instructed investigators that she had left the restaurant when she found that her car and son had been lacking.
The car and the toddler were being positioned a brief time later on at 1901 NW 40th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale following staying deserted by Pepe.
