A law firm for the rapper formerly acknowledged as Kanye West requested a judge to dismiss a lawsuit from previous academics at his private Southern California Christian college, expressing in courtroom files submitted this week that depictions of Donda Academy as a “dystopian establishment intended to fulfill Ye’s idiosyncrasies” have been wrong.

“None of it is correct and the allegations do a disservice to the Donda Academy’s current personnel and college students and their parents who will attest to their good expertise,” attorney Gregory Suhr reported in a submitting Tuesday in Los Angeles County Exceptional Courtroom.

The allegations had been bundled in a wrongful termination lawsuit submitted in April by two former lecturers, Cecilia Hailey and Chekarey Byers, who claimed they ended up fired in retaliation for reporting code violations.

A third previous teacher was additional to the lawsuit this month.
