NORTHEAST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is going through an ongoing investigation pursuing an alleged assault at a South Florida marina, with new facts being disclosed by police.
On June 18, Hill reportedly engaged in a dispute and struck a marina employee at Kelley Fishing Fleet, found at 10800 Collins Ave.
Miami-Dade Law enforcement unveiled an offense incident report on Tuesday, which indicated that witnesses claimed Hill and his group had been fishing from an unauthorized boat at the marina. When instructed to disembark, Hill allegedly retorted, “I can get you, and the boat.” This trade escalated into an argument, in the course of which a witness asserted that Hill struck the marina employee with an open up hand.
Subsequent the alleged assault, Hill purportedly tried to supply the victim $200, but the money was declined.
Law enforcement reviewed surveillance footage from the marina, which supported the accusations against Hill.
On Tuesday, the State Attorney’s Workplace issued a statement. Hill has yet to deal with the allegations.
