MIAMI — Two Florida paddleboarders experienced a near contact in the center of the ocean with a hammerhead shark.
The paddleboarders — who had been from Fort Lauderdale — ended up participating in the 10-12 months anniversary of “The Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis” event, which entails paddling from The Bahamas to Florida to elevate money for the CF group.
At just one place all through their journey, the group observed the shark trailing them. Right after circling them for a little bit, the hammerhead shark swam away.
