Grand jury declines to indict Travis Scott in legal probe of lethal 2021 group surge


A Texas grand jury has declined to indict rapper Travis Scott in a felony investigation into a large group surge that killed 10 people today at the 2021 Astroworld audio festival in Houston, his lawyer mentioned Thursday.
