TODAY’s Carson Daly is grateful for the reward of turning 50. 

“I truly feel far better now than I did in my 20s,” Carson tells TODAY.com. “There’s so significantly self-acceptance that arrives with age.” 

Carson details to advancements in his psychological health and fitness. When the California native started his broadcasting vocation at 23, he was having difficulties with undiagnosed generalized stress ailment.
