FORT LAUDERDALE — Authorities are actively seeking for Phillip J. Pepe Jr., preferred on various charges, such as kidnapping, phony imprisonment of a boy or girl, and grand theft automobile, in accordance to the Broward Sheriff’s Business.

The incident happened Saturday soon just after 8 a.m., when deputies from the BSO Oakland Park ended up dispatched to an IHOP cafe located at 3101 W. Oakland Park Blvd. in reaction to a report of a stolen car with a a few-12 months-aged boy within.
