NORTH LAUDERDALE — A auto was uncovered submerged underwater in a North Lauderdale canal on Monday.

The North Lauderdale Fireplace Division is responding to the region of West McNab Highway and Southwest 71st Ave where a passerby noticed the back again of a car or truck in the nearby canal, according to North Lauderdale Town Supervisor Michael Sargis.
On arrival, officers discovered the auto in the drinking water. Sargis advised CBS Information Miami it is unidentified how long the auto has been submerged and they are awaiting the dive section to respond.
