MIAMI – There are new developments in the federal civil match against Miami Commissioner Joe Carollo.
CBS Information Miami’s news partner, the Miami Herald is reporting Carollo’s attorneys could be struggling with jail time soon after the judge found a image from inside the courtroom in a submitting designed by Carollo’s lawyers on Wednesday.
Taking pics within federal courtrooms is in opposition to the law.
It is unclear what the filing was about, but Carollo’s legal professionals have earlier filed a range of mistrial requests, which the decide has denied.
