MIAMI – A Dawn gentleman faces up to five many years in federal prison for threatening election workers throughout the August 2022 major.
Joshua David Lubitz, 38, pleaded responsible Wednesday in Miami federal court to threatening election employees, according to courtroom files. His sentencing is scheduled for July 25.
