OAKLAND — A male involved in a street rage incident in which he was captured on movie yelling racial slurs at his victims in advance of crashing his auto has been arrested, the California Freeway Patrol stated Friday.
The viral movie, posted by Instagram person nunu2fyee, confirmed a man holding up his middle finger and screaming the n-term and the f-word toward the vehicle’s occupants.
The driver then appeared to deliberately ram the victims’ car. Times afterwards, the male misplaced manage of his vehicle and crashed into a wall on the ideal shoulder of the freeway.

The CHP claimed investigators identified the incident occurred on southbound Interstate Freeway 880 in close proximity to Hegenberger Road on May 16 at about 4 p.m.
The suspect was identified as 61-yr-outdated Tracy Robert Blackwell of Newark. On Friday, detectives arrested Blackwell and booked into the Alameda County Jail in Dublin.
Blackwell faces rates of assault with a deadly weapon with despise criminal offense enhancements.
