MIAMI — A sluggish velocity pursuit that wound it’s way on the Palmetto Expressway and via Miami-Dade County ended Monday afternoon with an arrest.

Chopper 4 was above the scene as the driver of the silver crossover vehicle refused to quit close to 2:30 p.m. on the Palmetto Expressway.
No accidents have been claimed but around a dozen police cruisers ended up following the car or truck.
The auto, which appeared to have a blown front tire, remaining the freeway and was traveling on floor streets in northwest Miami-Dade.
The driver inevitably stopped the vehicle and was surrounded by regulation enforcement officers with drawn weapons as the person emerged from the car with his arms in the air.

Officers have not nonetheless said what led to the pursuit.
