3-county pursuit of stolen MDFR truck ends in Palm Beach front County

MIAMI – A 3-county pursuit of a stolen fireplace rescue truck that started in Miami-Dade finished in Palm Seashore County on Thursday night.

CBS Information Miami has realized the truck, Engine 32, was stolen from NE 168th Road in North Miami Beach.

The truck was sooner or later recovered in Boca Raton on the Turnpike northbound at Boynton Seashore Boulevard. 

Various legislation enforcement businesses were involved in the pursuit. 

Below is what Miami-Dade law enforcement said about the incident:

“In accordance to investigators, MDFR staff ended up conducting a teaching exercise in the place of NE 166th Street and NE 7th Avenue, when a topic entered one particular of the hearth trucks and proceeded to steal it.”

 “As the subject fled,  he crashed into an unoccupied marked Opa-locka Law enforcement Department cruiser, which was parked in the area of 18th Avenue and NW 143rd Terrace.”

“MDPD models positioned the truck getting into Interstate 95 northbound, and a pursuit ensued.”

“On achieving Broward County jurisdiction, MDPD units disengaged and authorized Broward Sherriff’s Place of work (BSO) to take above. The truck was stopped in Palm Seashore County on the Turnpike and mile marker 86, in which the matter was taken into custody by BSO officers without having incident.”
