MIAMI – The son of Knaus Berry Farm proprietor Rachel Knaus Grafe, who is accused of fatally beating her, is due in court on Thursday.
Travis Grafe, 40, is billed with 2nd diploma murder.
Rachel Knaus Grafe, 66, died on March 4 after remaining stated in important condition pursuing the attack in her residence in the 15700 block of SW 249th Avenue on February 17th.
Her spouse was also overwhelmed and hurt but survived the assault.
According to investigators, Travis Grafe still left the family’s home soon after the attack on a golf cart and went to a neighbor’s house.
Witnesses stated they listened to Grafe say that he killed his mom and allegedly explained to his father he would eliminate him as properly if he did not get the revenue he preferred.
Travis Grafe suffered a traumatic brain injury in an ATV crash 20 yrs in the past, according to courtroom documents. He experienced been residing with his parents in modern several years, in accordance to family members members.
