MIAMI – The Miami-Dade Police Department held an celebration to commemorate the wrapping up of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
This year’s topic was “Survivor Voices: Elevate, Interact, Impact Change.”
The aim of the occasion was to simply call on communities to amplify the voices of survivors and generate an setting in which survivors truly feel self-confident that they will be read, believed, and supported.
