MIAMI — The heavy rain that drenched pieces of South Florida introduced flooded streets to many spots of Miami Monday just as the evening rush hour commute was shifting into large equipment.
The Miami Police Section launched a dozen locations that motorists were being urged to steer clear of because of flooding.
