MIAMI – An arrest has been in a lethal strike and operate crash involving a motorbike in Miami on Thursday.

It happened at about 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of N.W. 47th Avenue and West Flagler Road.

In accordance to law enforcement, 46-12 months-old Elton Suarezmesa was heading north on NW 47th Avenue. As he approached the intersection, which had a flashing red light, police stated he unsuccessful to cease. Edgar Edmundo Sarduy Suarez, 50, who was on a bike heading west on W Flagler Road, slammed into the passenger facet of Suarezmesa’s vehicle.

On influence, Suarez was thrown from the bike and was pinned to Suarezmesa’s auto which swerved and strike the Miami Animal Hospital on the corner.

Police mentioned Suarez was crushed in between the making and the car or truck.

Following the crash, surveillance video exhibits Suarezmesa having out of the automobile, searching at Suarez’s human body on the floor, and then managing away, in accordance to police.

About 8:15 p.m., Suarezmesa was uncovered at a gas station in the vicinity of NW 42nd Street and 7th Avenue and was taken into custody. In the course of questioning, law enforcement say he confessed.

Suarezmesa has been billed with leaving the scene of a crash involving loss of life and vehicular homicide.
