Person arrested, charged in sexual assaults at his Miami Beach front higher-increase, law enforcement report

MIAMI — A guy has been arrested and is experiencing prices in connection with allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted a women on at minimum two events at his Miami Beach superior-rise luxurious condominium, according to police reviews.

Jeremy Bittner, 41, was taken into custody Monday and booked on fees that include sexual battery, untrue imprisonment and drug possession expenses. It was not promptly very clear if bond has been established in the circumstance.

In accordance to police, the alleged attacks happened in Waverly’s 26th floor unit at The Waverly, the ocean-side building on Miami Seashore that is positioned at 1330 West Ave.

The most modern assault was noted on Feb. 28 when a 37-12 months-previous lady explained to police that she had been the sufferer of a sexual battery that allegedly transpired inside Bittner’s rental.

The lady instructed investigators that she at first moved to the developing in the early spring of 2020, which is when she first met the suspect.

The law enforcement officer wrote in the report that Bittner requested her “if she needed to do cocaine with him” mainly because he expressed a wish to “snort cocaine off her upper body.”

The female advised law enforcement that she did not report the incidents prior to Bittner’s arrest for the reason that of “inner thoughts of disgrace and humiliation blended with the probability no person would believer her.”
