MIAMI – A fifth lady has occur forward accusing a Miami Seaside gentleman of drugging and raping her.
41-yr-previous Jeremy Bittner was back in courtroom Friday morning going through another cost of sexual battery.
Police say the most recent sufferer arrived ahead following she noticed news studies of him staying accused of identical crimes.
The fifth target says the incident happened back in Oct at the Flamingo condominium on Miami Beach front.
Bittner was requested to keep absent from the target and continues to be behind bars on a $350,000 bond.
