Authorities say they recovered the bodies of two boaters Monday afternoon, virtually two times after they went missing pursuing an incident on a central Florida lake around the Legoland theme park.
The bodies of Orlando Ortiz, 30, of Winter season Haven, and Jeffrey Marrero, 34, of Auburndale, were located in Lake Eloise about 150 yards (meters) apart, in accordance to a Polk County Sheriff’s Business office news release.
Sheriff Grady Judd formerly stated at a news convention that the two adult men experienced jumped into Wintertime Haven lake to help save a third person from their team, a woman, who was having difficulties in the drinking water. Ortiz was Velazques’s boyfriend, and Marrero was the father of the two ladies.
