ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Tyler Herro scored 23 points, Jimmy Butler extra 22, Gabe Vincent experienced 20 as the Miami Warmth rallied to conquer the Orlando Magic 107-103 in time beyond regulation on Saturday night time.
Vincent opened the extra time period with a 3-pointer, Herro scored twice from the lane and the Magic under no circumstances caught up.
Maarkelle Fultz led the Magic with 17 details. Paolo Banchero had 16 details and 13 rebounds and skipped a driving layup in the last seconds of the fourth quarter that was altered by Miami heart Bam Adebayo.
Adebayo concluded with 13 details, 17 rebounds and six helps for Miami, which overcame a nine-place deficit in the ultimate 2:22 of the fourth quarter to force time beyond regulation.
The Magic grabbed a 52-35 lead with the Warmth capturing below 30% with 10 turnovers in the initial 21 minutes. Butler and Adebayo rallied Miami late in the 50 % and Max Strus hit a 3-pointer just prior to the halftime horn as the Heat pulled within 54-46.
Mo Wagner scored 10 straight points for the Magic late in the 3rd interval, and a dunk by Jonathan Isaac pushed Orlando’s lead to 12 early in the fourth.
Jalen Suggs, who had 14 factors, 4 steals and 3 blocks for Orlando, did not play in overtime.
