TALLAHASSEE – Sen. Jason Pizzo, Hollywood, will come to be the Senate Democratic chief soon after the 2024 elections, succeeding Minority Chief Lauren E-book.
Senate Democrats unanimously elected Pizzo to the put up, the caucus introduced Thursday evening.
Pizzo will lead Democrats through the 2025 and 2026 legislative sessions. Pizzo was initial elected to the Senate in 2018. E-book will encounter time period restrictions in 2024.
