MIAMI- Raziel Domingo Madrigal, 28, is experiencing charges immediately after police confirmed he assaulted a lady in a restroom at Brickell City Centre.
Madrigal was arrested on attempted sexual battery, kidnapping, untrue imprisonment and battery.
The female told authorities she observed Madrigal strolling out of the women’s restroom found on the second floor in close proximity to the Apple Shop as she and one more female have been strolling within.
He walked back within with her, and the other lady was equipped to run absent.
She attempted to run inside of a stall, even so, the topic pushed the door open up and locked the doorway as he held her down.
The sufferer tried to operate away many situations and fight him until two excellent Samaritans had been able to get him off her.
Both of those witnesses held Madrigal in the restroom till law enforcement arrived on scene.
