MIAMI — A Doral constitution university stability guard is going through felony prices soon after he allegedly sought to have sexual intercourse with a scholar at the college and encouraged the similar student to have interaction in sexual activity with a further university student on campus.

Yuniesky Ramirez Martinez, 37, of Weston, has been charged with offenses towards pupils by authority figure, solicitation of a baby to engage in an act that constitutes sexual battery by a human being in familial or custodial authority and two counts of promoting a sexual overall performance by a baby, according to court docket files.
It was not promptly very clear if the suspect experienced posted bond or was still in custody.
In accordance to the police report, the suspect observed two pupils at the Downtown Doral Constitution Upper University on Feb. 14 and requested the female if she was organizing to perform oral sexual intercourse on the other student.
Investigators claimed the guard took the pupils to a safe place to allow for them to engage in sexual exercise though he evidently watched from an adjacent home that had a two-way window.
“The Issue then entered the adjacent area, gave Juvenile 2 a “fist bump” and encouraged equally Juveniles not to drop in really like mainly because they are much too younger,” the police investigator wrote.
Investigators claimed the gentleman seemingly recorded the incident on his telephone when the incident occurred.
Investigators explained the suspect questioned the woman to conduct oral intercourse on him the upcoming day at school and even tried to pull her out of class to achieve the request.
Ramirez Martinez consistently sought sex from the girl more than the following few times and threatened to convey to the boy she had been concerned with that the guard and the female ended up sexually energetic.
The girl explained to her principal on Feb. 17 about the condition, and the administrator named Doral police.
