MIAMI – Two Fort Lauderdale faculties were being briefly positioned on lockdown Thursday afternoon pursuing a described shooting.

In this article is what Fort Lauderdale police states led to the lockdown of Dillard Substantial Faculty and Dillard Elementary University: 

“At around 12:10 pm, FLPD responded to the 2500 block of NW 11th Street in reference to a domestic dispute. The reportee said that her child’s father experienced just shot at her car. The incident happened quite shut to Dillard High Faculty and Dillard Elementary University and both of those educational facilities have been put on a code red lockdown as a precaution. There were no injuries claimed as a outcome of this incident.”

Authorities said the suspect was afterwards situated and taken into custody without having incident. 

Operations at both schools returned to regular.
