FORT LAUDERDALE – A gentleman who was caught on digicam committing a disturbing act at North Lauderdale store has been arrested.
On December 17th, a lady was searching in a Relatives Dollar shop on McNab Highway when she seen guy with a white t-shirt wrapped all-around his head next.
The girl would later tell Broward sheriff’s deputies that the guy, identified as 27-12 months-outdated Lewis Phillips, appeared to be getting shots and video clips of her.
On the store’s surveillance movie, at 1 issue he is viewed putting his mobile cellular phone beneath the woman’s dress though she stands in line.
The lady discovered and tried to grab the phone. When the two struggled in excess of the phone, the t-shirt fell off. He sooner or later got command of the cellphone and walked out of the shop.
