NAPLES – 1 of the women who accused a Naples medical professional of sexually abusing her whilst less than his care has submitted a lawsuit towards the clinical spa wherever it occurred.
Dr. Eric Salata was arrested in November and charged with raping two sufferers at the Pura Vida Health-related Spa.
Later on, Salata committed suicide whilst out on bond.
The attorney representing that female claims she was pissed off that the doctor will in no way have his license revoked and he’ll never be held accountable for his steps.
But that hasn’t stopped the victim from trying to get justice.

Horowitz explained he is only representing 1 client at the time and is not guaranteed yet if any of the other ladies will join the lawsuit.
