MIAMI – The teen accused of killing a star large university quarterback went prior to a decide Tuesday and will be charged as an adult.
The 15-year-previous is dealing with a manslaughter charge with a lethal weapon.
We are still not demonstrating his face — or pinpointing him by name for the reason that he is a minimal.
The judge ruled this early morning that he will be specifically transferred to adult court to go before a decide there on December 27th.
The 17-yr-old quarterback, Mekhi Stevenson was at household with his brother and good friends when police say the teenager took out a gun and started off pointing it all-around the space.
Law enforcement say he was advised to place the gun absent but didn’t.
Which is when officers say he pulled the bring about killing Stevenson.
