MIAMI-  A retired firefighter can make it his mission to distribute Narcan to people with the hopes of conserving life. Luis Garcia started off a non-lucrative organization that makes overdose reversal drugs much more obtainable.

Garcia was viewed at Pompano Beach front distributing and demonstrating how to use Narcan on Saturday.
