Just in time for the streaming debut of its hotly expected “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Thriller,” the streaming service’s marketing workforce has listed the film’s eponymous Greek island compound on the preferred serious estate website.
The fictional Zillow listing for the 17-bedroom, 22-toilet, 29,000-square-foot “Extravagant Island Commune” has a value tag of $450 million, which may perhaps be a reference to the quantity Netflix reportedly shelled out for the legal rights to a second and 3rd movie in the franchise that includes detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig).
The 26-acre property, which in the film is owned by eccentric tech billionaire Miles Bron, performed by Edward Norton, features a one “rooftop parking area.”
