One particular witness, Andrian Ferguson, shared cell telephone video with CBS4’s Peter D’Oench that displays the aftermath of the incident with Miami-Dade Law enforcement at the scene and you listen to her declaring, “This man had a newborn and he threw the child on the ground. They have him in the back again of a law enforcement automobile. A thing is not ideal but we are going to pray for him.”
Ferguson stated, “This was traumatic to see the toddler dropped on the floor many times. This was a gorgeous newborn. Such a wonderful little one.”
She was at the retailer with her nephew Joshua Washington who mentioned, He dropped the infant four periods. Absolutely everyone ran soon after him but he stored dropping the little one. They called for an ambulance because the infant had a massive purple place on again of the head. I was trying to get to the child but there was chaos. There is no rationalization you can give to say that you dropped a newborn 4 instances.”
Ferguson mentioned, “It can be genuinely horrible. I have three sisters and a brother and I believe of them. I imagine of my nieces. It is nuts. This man I saw seemed distraught.”
An arrest affidavit reported, “The defendant walked absent from the victim only to then return to the target and decide her up as bystanders commenced to scream and operate in direction of the sufferer.”
An off-obligation Miami-Dade Law enforcement Officer who was at the retail store was alerted and law enforcement say that officer observed the suspect fall the baby just one additional time.
The affidavit also stated, “The defendant encouraged that he only dropped the victim by incident when.”
