MIAMI – Following previous week’s incident in which a man was caught on movie firing pictures from a Lamborghini on the Palmetto Expressway, the Florida Highway Patrol has uncovered and secured the car.
The FHP mentioned they have impounded the eco-friendly sporting activities car for “evidentiary functions.”

Nelson Perez-Valdivia, the man accused of firing the shots, turned himself in on Monday. The 23-yr-outdated was billed with discharging a firearm from a vehicle, improper exhibition of a firearm, and resisting arrest devoid of violence.
In accordance to FHP, Perez- Valdivia was the passenger noticed within a Lamborghini in a now-viral video clip of the shooting. In the movie, a man’s tattooed hand is seen having a tan-colored pistol and firing it out of the window of the auto whilst on the Palmetto Expressway near Chook Road.
The FHP reported the driver was likely close to 105 mph at the time of the shooting early Friday morning. The video clip was posted to social media and speedily picked up traction.
The FHP stated they had been in a position to monitor Perez-Valdivia down and matched his tattoos to those people found in the video.
Perez-Valdivia allegedly committed this crime whilst out on bond on a cost of inappropriate exhibition of a firearm cost.
